Our Promise to our Clients


As a home inspector working in Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area I offer this inspection guarantee.

To my customers, I promise to provide a thorough, accurate and non-bias description of the property as it was the day of the  home inspection.  Should you decide not to purchase the home after I inspect and you have written estimates for the cost of the repairs from a licensed contractor for any serious deficiency noted in our inspection report.  We offer the 30 Day Inspection Protection Guarantee only if purchased at the time the original inspection is booked.  This is not a very common occurrence, but it can happen, that's why your having the home inspected in the first place.  We work for our client NOT for real estate agents or firms.

This offer is only available at the booking of the original inspection.

30 Day Inspection Protection Guarantee

The 30 day Inspection Protection Guarantee entitles my client, to another inspection at NO ADDITIONAL COST on a comparably sized home in or near the same geographic location within 30 days after the original inspection, should he or she decide not to purchase the home due to something we reported.  This offer is only valid after the deficiency is evaluated by a qualified licensed contractor and a written estimate is received and an agreement between seller and client cannot be achieved.  After providing Copper State Home Inspections with the written estimates and documentation showing proof of cancellation of purchase.    After 30 days, from the original inspection, our standard rates apply.

This 30 day guarantee is only available if purchased when  booking your 1st inspection for an additional 10% fee to our standard inspection rate.

It is the duty of a good home inspector to do a thorough inspection.  That is what my clients expect.  It is not very often that the deficiencies cause a cancellation of the purchase.  In fact it is rare.  However, it can and does happen.  That is why I offer this to my clients as a peace of mind that you are covered.  I am the only home inspector in central AZ to make this offer.  I want my customer to feel confident I am going to do for them, the very best job.  Also I want my client to know that I am on their side and that is why they chose me.
